Application Process

I. Informational Visit
Prior to submitting an application, we require that all prospective families schedule a visit/tour of the Academy.  To schedule a tour, click the link below.

II. Application
Applications to the Academy are accepted through the year.  To begin the application process, complete an application and pay $100 (application fee). Submission of the application does not guarantee admission into the Academy.

III. Teacher Recommendation
Letters of recommendation are used to gather additional information about a student for enrollment. Teacher Recommendations must be completed by the student’s most recent teacher and returned to the Academy in a sealed envelope.

IV. Assessment
To achieve an optimal learning environment and experience, we require each child to undergo an assessment.  During our assessment, students are observed and assessed academically, behaviorally, and socially.  Our assessment ensures that our classroom environment remains focused and that each student can excel and reach their full potential.

 

Annual Tuition Rates

Annual tuition is broken into ten equal payments which are due at the beginning of each month.  The deposit, which is also the first month’s tuition, is due at the time of registration.  The remaining payments will be drafted monthly beginning September 1st.

 

School Day Only

Times: 7:45 A.M. – 2:45 P.M.

Annual Tuition: $7,200

10 Month Draft: $720

 

Extended Day

Times: 6:30 A.M. – 6:00 P.M.

Annual Tuition: $9,200

10 Month Draft: $920
